Goose hunting in Texas at its Best! Hunting geese in the Texas Panhandle is every waterfowlers dream come true. The Panhandle of Texas winters thousands of geese. Predominately the geese are Canada, Snow, Ross, and Specklebellies. Most Concentrations of the geese consist of Lesser Canada, Greater Canada, and Lesser Snow Geese. Hunts are around the Lubbock, TX areas, depending on where the birds are concentrating; we will hunt in those areas. All goose and crane hunts are in the morning. We recommend 12 gauges and shot sizes 2-BB’s.
