The lease is $6000 per person, plus gun permit, tag license permit, protein, cottonseed, corn, feed labor, Starlink internet, electricity, propane, feed delivery, and maintenance costs. All the costs are split evenly between the 4 lease members.
10 feed stations that are professionally maintained (approximately 35 tons of combined protein and cottonseed per year). Five tons of corn delivered and stacked for road feeding during the season. 50+ water stations throughout the ranch.
One trophy, one management, unlimited culls, plenty hogs, Javelina, quail, turkey, coyotes, bobcats, and ducks. Guests are welcome to come and shoot off your limit of deer.
