Surrounded on three sides by large ranches with deer proof fences, the fourth side is the same landowner who only lightly hunts that ranch. All blinds, feeders, work vehicles, feed trailer, feed silos, walk in cooler are present. The property has been under intensive management for trophy bucks for many years. The cost of all protein, cottonseed and corn is included in the lease fee. Last year the property was fed 70 tons of protein, 24 tons of cottonseed and 22 tons of corn. The property is well watered with three earthen tanks and a water distribution system to many wildlife watering stations. Only 7-8 year old bucks are harvested and most weigh 200 – 240 pounds (live weight). Many quality bucks are currently on the property. Will be happy to send pictures of harvested bucks and game camera photos of bucks expected to be harvested in the next couple of years. Most hunters have been on the property for many years one member had to get off the lease this year due to divorce.

Owner Comments: There are three mobile homes on the property with bunk style sleeping. All have central air/heat. Blinds, feeders and walk in cooler and work vehicles and feed trailer are on the property. The new hunter will will be able to hunt quality animals and benefit from all the work that previous hunters have achieved. Lease members are expected to help fill feeders and do maintenance of blinds and feeders on scheduled work weekends.
