We are a Family Friendly MLD 3 Lease for management minded hunters. We are here to enjoy the outdoors with family, friends and other like minded people. We are not a party lease so if that is what you are looking for this lease is not for you. We are utilizing the MLD program to manage for bigger bucks, in doing so we get a longer deer season, help collect data for TPWD biologists, and have a rifle in hand during all phases of the East Texas Rut.
-Membership includes you ,your spouse, and children under 21 by March 1st (they shoot of your bag limit)
–Bag limit is one trophy, two cull bucks and one doe
– include in lease is one year supply of minerals for one location
-Year round access
– one camp with water/electricity; one camp totally primitive
– average 150 acres / member
– 150 class bucks

Owner Comments: We have two camps:
-one camp with water and electricity. This camp has a full shower facility with toilet, vanity and tankless hot water heater. Tent camping is included with the lease or we have RV spots with 30 amp connections for an additional $750/year (includes utilities). We do not have sewer or water to or from RV spots.
-one primitive camp without water and electricity. Tent camping is included with the lease or we have a few cabins available; RV’s are welcome – Cabins/RV’s have an additional $400/year.
-Our year is from March 1st — February 28th the folowing year.
