We are a Family Friendly MLD 3 Lease for management minded hunters. We are here to enjoy the outdoors with family, friends and other like minded people. We are not a party lease so if that is what you are looking for this lease is not for you. We are utilizing the MLD program to manage for bigger bucks, in doing so we get a longer deer season, help collect data for TPWD biologists, and have a rifle in hand during all phases of the East Texas Rut.

-Membership includes you ,your spouse, and children under 21 by March 1st (they shoot of your bag limit)
–Bag limit is one trophy, two cull bucks and one doe
– include in lease is one year supply of minerals for one location
-Year round access
– one camp with water/electricity; one camp totally primitive
– average 150 acres / member
